The pillows were as hard as bricks, and there was no indication of the spa being closed until i arrived, unacceptable. I expected a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but all i got was average service instead. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The location was great and stunning: shopping malls and a market were within walking distance. The overall atmosphere was FAMILY, yet some staff members were a little rude.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was perfectly cozy and offered a serene atmosphere. I especially loved the comfortable bed, which guaranteed a restful night's sleep for my family and me. The hotel's proximity to various stores and eateries, providing easy access to dining options.

Parking space too limited for busy nights!!! Noise insulation needs a serious upgrade, as conversations from adjacent rooms can be quite disruptive!!!

It shows a nice picture on internet but when you get there it's totally opposite. Requested a high floor and we were given a lower one. Nobody heared my requests so I can honestly say we didn't like it and we'll never go there again. Very dissapointed.

We ate at a good restaurant for dinner.

The family room was huge with three beds. Everything was super clean, and the beds were super comfy!

Missing breakfast options .

Regency was a nice getaway for my wife and I. We were happy with the services. Basic but suffient enough for what we needed. One thing that really was nice if their was a need for something they were more than willing to take care of it.

Thank you all for a quite comfortable stay on a business trip. I felt welcomed this whole time, the room was cheap complete with comfortable bed, 2 pillows instead of the standard 4 and fridge. The location was marvellous, close to Marine World Africa Usa.

The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, and the staff was friendly the room was clean. The location is great near shopping and restaurants.

Limited breakfast options could be improved.

If you're into comfort food, check out L & L Hawaiian BBQ just a stone's throw away! The curry was an unexpected delight, bringing a savory explosion of flavor. Plus, the hot tub was super inviting after a long day, setting the mood for a cozy night.

Though the bed sheets had a few questionable stains that gave me the heebie-jeebies, I focused on the positives that still was good. The overall cleanliness and charm of the place managed to shine through all that.

The bus stops nearby in front of the hotel so if you do not have a car it is no problem.
